What is the refund policy?
- We gladly accept returns, exchanges, or replacements of ONLY unused merchandise within 7 days from the date of delivery.
- Please note that all products must have their original tags, dust bags, and packaging boxes intact. All items should be unused and in brand-new condition.
- Products purchased during sales, are NOT ELIGIBLE for returns/exchanges. They can only be replaced if there are any manufacturing defects within 7 days.
- Are any exchange policy?
Exchanges are only applicable in cases of fulfillment errors, such as missing, damages or incorrectly shipped items. Once approved, your exchange will be processed within one week of initiation. Each piece undergoes a strict quality check before dispatch. Minor variations in texture or color are natural characteristics, not defects.
- To be eligible for an exchange:
The item must be unused, in its original packaging, with all tags and protective wraps intact.
You must email us within 24 HOURS of receiving the product.

Products that show signs of use or damage by the customer will not be eligible for return or exchange.
TrendTrolley holds the right to decline returns that do not meet our policy requirements.
